Position Summary
HMS Networks is seeking a Campaign Manager to execute our marketing strategy to promote our Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) products and solutions.
The primary role is to create integrated marketing campaigns based on core vertical segments, design & execute strong and innovative digital and content marketing campaigns using SEM, social media (In particular LinkedIn), and email marketing to drive traffic to the various company brand domains and generate interest / leads in the global HMS Networks product portfolio to meet its departmental goals and KPIs.
Essential Job Functions
• Create engaging written, graphic and video content for our IIoT products and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns
• Proactively design, write and execute marketing campaign journeys / initiatives
• Manage paid campaigns (search, display, re-marketing) email and social media, whilst collaborating with external agencies
• Align digital marketing programs with the sales & marketing plans, ensuring email content and web landing pages are optimized for maximum impact throughout the customer journey
• Providing the guidance and tools to drive additional qualified traffic into the multiple brand domains
• Compile regular reports on campaign performance and results, using findings to improve future campaigns
• Support sales on product campaigns and initiatives
• Create supporting materials and communications for sales and distributors
• Responsible for event management including in-person trade shows, webinars, roundtables and company events
• Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
• Contribute to organizational goals by participating in additional initiatives such as roadshows, partner marketing support, database management, and other projects that enhance business growth and visibility
Minimum Requirements
• 3+ years of professional Digital Marketing and experience with the following:
o B2B Marketing
o Creating impactful campaigns to secure customer acquisition and retention
o Writing and optimizing digital copy that delivers best-in-class, audience-focused content across web, email, and social channels, driving engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness
o Managing SEM/SEO, email, social media, and PPC advertising campaigns
o Analyzing insight to build successful marketing campaigns; testing and refining campaigns as needed
o Performing and analyzing reports on campaign performance
o Event Management; digital and physical
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Preferred Experience
• Digital Marketing experience in the Industrial Automation field
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging marketing tools/strategies to build brand awareness, reach new customers, and retain existing ones
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results with timelines
• Excellent communication, presentation, copywriting, and editing skills
• Self-starter with energy, drive, and determination; able to multi-task, prioritize, and set clear milestones
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
• Well-organized with solid time management and forward-planning abilities
• Logical, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work within deadlines and budgets
• Proficiency with Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, HubSpot), MS Office, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite design tools, SEO, website design, and LinkedIn advertising
• Project Management experience is a plus
