The Certified PROFIBUS Engineer (CPE) training course is an internationally recognized training program. It has been established with the goal of creating a quality platform for PROFIBUS qualified engineers who are acknowledged with an officially accredited diploma. After graduation you can be proud to be an exclusive member of the PROFIBUS specialist platform.
Where the Certified PROFIBUS Installer and PROFIBUS Troubleshooting & Maintenance concentrates on the physical network the Certified PROFIBUS Engineer goes deeper into the protocol and configuration of the network.
During the training you learn the message structures and exchange in detail. With hands-on exercises you will get a look in configuration tools and learn the protocol in practice.

Purpose

Certified training to understand message structures, bit/bytes and configuration.

Who should attend

Network Engineers who program the controller and/or commissions the network.

Installing and programming of the network are different things. Their tool is the keyboard. One of the tasks is that the communication is fast enough for the process but, at the same time, prevent from having to many messages at the same time at certain points in the network.

  • PROFIBUS Troubleshooting & Maintenance (PB-T&M)
  • Certified PROFIBUS Installer (CPI)
